All sales are final. Once payment is submitted you will receive a confirmation e-mail.

Standard turn around time is 3-5 business days unless further contacted otherwise upon purchase. If the finished product is not provided to the client within the agreed turn around time the contract is null and void. In the event that this shall occur Thurotype Studio will provide a full refund within 10 business days.

Pay Pal & Stripe charge a standard fee which has been rounded up to 4% and is issued as a transaction fee. 

The amount of revisions included in each mix package are subject to a 30 day grace period. After 30 days from receiving the initial mix any remaining revisions will be voided. Any revision requested past the 30 day grace period will be completed at $25 per revision.
